Despite the U.S. desperately trying to block access to advanced AI chips from Nvidia and AMD, many Chinese companies still find a way to get them into their hands. According to a report from theFinancial Times, at least a billion dollars’ worth of Nvidia B200s and other banned chips have been shipped to China ever since President Donald Trumpbanned the export of China-specific H20 GPUs(and thesimilarly performant AMD MI308) in April 2025....

A class-action lawsuit against TSMC has now just gotten more intense. A number of TSMC employees at the company’s Arizona fab accused the foundry of discrimination and, last year, evenfiled a class-action lawsuitagainst the company. The class-action lawsuit accused TSMC of bias against American employees at its Fab 21 in Arizona, and the lawsuit has now expanded to include over 30 plaintiffs, with allegations ranging from discrimination and harassment to unsafe working conditions....
